INTERNAL RULES

Reservations can be made by phone, email or other sales channels.

When making a reservation, the guest shall specify the number of guests arriving, their names, the category of room requested, the dates of arrival and departure, and the method of payment for the services provided. Upon receipt of the reservation, we will email the guest with details and a pre-paid invoice requesting payment of the pre-paid invoice for the reserved services.

Upon receipt of the guest's prepayment of the invoice, we confirm the reservation by email. A reservation that has been paid is considered guaranteed.

The Management has the right to decide to accommodate or transfer the guest to another Apartment.

The Management has the right to take a unilateral decision to move a guest without prior notice if there is a threat to the occupants of the Hotel.

The procedure for storing guests' belongings in the hotel is governed by Article 6.865 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
 
If the administration finds the items left behind, it shall return them to the owners immediately if possible. If the owner cannot be found, the forgotten items shall be disposed of after 3 months in accordance with the established procedure.
 
We are not responsible for valuables left or lost unsafely and/or damaged in the room or common areas.
 
The management has the right to enter the guest rooms for security reasons. 
 
The Administrator is not allowed to provide any information about guests to third parties without the guest's consent.

 

Quiet hours: guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.

PARKING
 
Please contact the administration for parking. 

Parking on the property is payable but not guarded.

 

IT IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT

It is forbidden to leave small children unsupervised in the apartments and common areas.

Smoking is prohibited in all Apartments and common areas.


Events and parties are prohibited. 

Pets are not allowed without prior permission from the management. Additional charges may apply.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

The liability of the parties for non-performance of the contract for the provision of services in the event of force majeure is governed by Article 6.212 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Guests can arrive at the Apartment from 15:00 on the arrival date specified in the reservation.

Guests will receive the keys to the Apartment at reception upon check-in and return them upon check-out, after ensuring that all services have been paid for.

Guests must check out by 12:00 on the day of departure;


If the guest wishes to check out later than 12:00, he/she must inform the reception and obtain permission.

If the Guest fails to vacate the room by the agreed departure time and cannot be contacted, or if the Guest maliciously fails to pay for the services rendered and does not vacate the room at the request of the Management, the Management reserves the right to move the belongings in the room to other available secure areas.

The number of people staying in the room is the same as the number of persons indicated at check-in. If more guests stay in the room than the number shown on the booking confirmation, each additional guest is subject to an extra charge.

Unauthorised persons can only be brought into the Apartment if they have notified the property in advance.
